No fee usually required when making the above requests, however if your requests are unfounded, excessive or repetitive a charge maybe incurred or GemsfitnessPT may refuse to follow your request.
GemsfitnessPT may request data from you to be able to follow your request, to confirm your identity. this is a security measure to ensure information is not disclosed to the wrong person. The aim is to respond to all requests within one month, this may take longer if the request is complex or has multiple requests. In this circumstance you will be kept updated at all times.
